Katy from North Berwick’s Move Yoga studio brings you an upbeat, feel-good class blending Pilates, dance, yoga and sculpt into one addictive workout. Set to energising music (yes, singing along is encouraged!), this class will carry you through a full-body burn with a smile. Expect to feel muscles you didn’t know you had and leave lifted, strong, and smiling from the inside out. Under 16s must be accompanied by an over 18. The Dome venue is wheelchair accessible.
