KOSA YOGA are supporting this years Heart of Dunbar Festival with a free community beach yoga session on Monday 17th August. Meet Diane at the Belhaven Surf Centre - bring your own yoga mat and some warm layers. This class is completely free but do book in (https://bookwhen.com/kosayogadunbar). There will be a choice of lovely yogi herbal teas available after class.
