Duck Race

Waddle along and enjoy our famous Duck Race – it’s sure to be a real quacker! The race kicks off straight after the Crusaders Chase leaves the Roman Bridge at about 6pm. Our little yellow friends are launched into the River Esk at the Roman Bridge and paddle their way downstream to the Green Bridge at Shorthope Street. Duck Race tickets can be snapped up from Blueberry Gifts, the Official Party, a committee member, or on the night at the Roman Bridge. So don’t duck out – come along, cheer your duck to victory, and you could be laughing all the way home with one of our many fantastic prizes!
