At Go Train East Rocks, by Foxlake. East Rox - our outdoor HYROX event! If a HYROX is a bit too shiny for you, a bit too indoors and a bit too… much… then this is the event for you! An amazing 1km woodland trail loop for the runs and each station positioned in the trees - this is a Hyrox like no other! You can compete on your own, in pairs or in teams of 4.
