Forest Bathing @ Binning Wood

Take a moment to breathe ... join Woodlands Breathing at Binning Wood, near East Linton at this in person\' experience. Gift yourself and/or a friend, some time and space to experience forest therapy, to slow down in a ‘green spa’ to support your overall wellness. You will be invited to awaken your senses as you connect with yourself and your surroundings in the woods. Forest bathing is suitable for most fitness levels. Ticket price (£37) includes refreshments. Please note that walks may need to be postponed after periods of severe weather. If so, the organiser will contact participants to rearrange or refund tickets. Essential equipment: yourself (16 years and over) and your curiosity; suitable footwear and clothing for the season and weather.
