Nature Explorers Club - Junior Gardeners Calling all budding gardeners! Join our Head Gardener Kerry for a hands-on adventure around the Gardens, discovering what it takes to look after everything that grows at Archerfield Walled Garden. Children will explore the Gardens with Kerry, learning about plants, wildlife and what’s growing at this time of year. Along the way, they’ll get stuck into some real gardening jobs , helping with seasonal tasks and learning a few tricks of the trade. A fun, practical Nature Explorers Club session designed to get children outdoors, asking questions, getting their hands dirty and discovering more about the natural world. Date Friday 16th October Time 10.30am - 11.15am Duration 45 minutes Location The Polytunnel, located at the back of the Gardens. If you've not been before, enter the Gardens via the well, then take the first path on your right. Tickets £5 per child plus booking fee Limited to 20 children per session Supervision All children will require an adult to accompany them in this session Suitability These sessions are suitable for children aged 3-12 years old. Children aged 3-5 years will require parent/carer assistance during the session. What to Wear Please dress for the weather and come prepared to get a little muddy! Refund Policy Tickets for this event are strictly non-refundable. In the event that your child can no longer attend, you are welcome to pass this ticket on to friends or family.
