Run For Her August Meet Up

A relaxed, supportive, women-only run designed to bring women together through movement, community, and connection This is a run-for-an-hour format, but with complete flexibility: - You’ll run out for up to 30 minutes, then turn around and come back the same way - Run at your own pace and as far as feels right for you - The route is a straight out-and-back, so no one gets left behind Whether you’re a first-time runner or a seasoned runner looking for community, all abilities and paces are welcome. After the run, we’ll regroup back at The Wishing Tree café for a social catch-up, coffee/tea, and treats. This run is about more than miles. It’s about showing up for yourself.
