Seasonal Yoga Class

A nourishing one-hour seasonal flow class designed to leave you feeling aligned and restored. Seasonal Yoga works by aligning the body with the changing energies in nature through carefully designed yoga postures and flows intended to support wellbeing throughout each season. Using principles from Traditional Chinese Medicine, meridian lines and yoga, the pace, intention and energy of the class changes throughout the year. Classes usually include breathwork to calm the nervous system, meditation to bring stillness to the mind and a yoga flow tailored to the current season. Qi Gong and meridian stretches are also incorporated to balance energy within each season. Classes are suitable for all levels, including beginners.
