Yoga workshop for runners with flow, yin postures, breathwork, and mindfulness practice.
Are you a runner training for an event? Are you running for leisure? Are you training for a Hyrox? Do you often neglect stretching? If so, then this Yoga for Running workshop is for you.
This session is monthly and lasts 1 hour 30 minutes. It includes:
- flow and yin postures targeted at key muscles used for running to help with warm-up and recovery.
-breath work and mindfulness practice to help you get the most out of your running sessions or races.
All abilities of Yoga are welcome.
