Yoga Fusion class blending movement, breath, meditation, and relaxation techniques.
Enjoy a nourishing 1‑hour Yoga Fusion session with Sally from Kinship.Studio, blending movement, breath and meditation to reset body and mind.
The class includes: Tuning in, mantras, warming exercises, sun Salutations, asana practice, pranayama, chakra meditation, shavasana with yoga nidra. A grounding, uplifting session suitable for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat or a large towel to lie on
