As Thea Musgrave approaches her centenary in 2028, the Hebrides Ensemble celebrates the striking individuality of music by her and other Scottish composers, and pays special tribute to the late Lyell Cresswell, an adopted Scot from New Zealand. Irish mezzo Ailish Tynan joins the ensemble for a set of beautiful Ravel-inspired songs specially written for her by Judith Weir.
