The Dunedin Consort's long-time collaborator Matthew Brook is an unforgettable interpreter of Baroque music, and their programme is framed by two of the most beautiful cantatas for solo bass by Buxtehude and Bach. Between them, a reconstruction of one of Bach's two lost oboe d'amore concertos, a life-enhancing work, and a piece by his talented contemporary, Christoph Graupner.
