Lucy Crowe is internationally admired and respected as one of Britain's most versatile singers. Joined by Anna Tilbrook, her autumnal programme explores the many approaches poets and composers have taken to the season of mists and mellow fruitfulness. She ends with autumn as a metaphor for the approaching end of life in Strauss's ineffably beautiful Four Last Songs.
